The poll found that only 35% of DH staff would recommend it as a ?great place to work? and fewer than half (47%) are proud to work there.
Overall, just 33% of staff at the DH ?have confidence in the decisions made by the department?s senior civil servants?.
A total of 20% of DH staff said they wanted to quit as soon as possible, or in the next 12 months. However, 71% said their work gave them ? a sense of personal acheivement? and 78% felt positive about the team they worked in.
